How to Publish Real Estate Videos to Multiple Social Platforms

Publish listing videos across connected social accounts from Reeloft. Learn account setup, captions, one-action publishing, scheduling, and delivery checks.

A finished listing video still needs a distribution plan. Downloading the same file, opening several apps, rewriting captions, and checking each upload can turn a simple property update into another production task.

Reeloft's integrated social media publishing—also called SNS publishing—brings that work into the video workflow. Choose a completed render, select connected channels, customize the posts, and publish now or schedule a future delivery. This guide explains what one-click publishing means in practice and how to use it for a real estate listing launch.

What one-click multi-platform publishing actually does

One-click publishing is the final submission step. After you connect eligible accounts and review the video, captions, and required settings, a single Publish now action submits the post to your selected destinations. You do not have to upload the finished Reeloft video manually in each social app.

Account setup and review still come first. Each platform accepts and processes its own delivery, so one submission does not mean every post goes live at exactly the same time. Use the delivery history to confirm success for each destination.

1. Connect the social accounts you use for listings

Open My Workspace → Publishing → Channels. Choose an available platform, sign in to the correct account, and approve the connection. You can connect multiple accounts, which is useful if you manage distinct brands or property portfolios. Check the account identity before selecting it for a post.

  • Instagram: Reels for Business and Creator accounts, with an option to share to feed.
  • Facebook: feed videos on a connected Facebook Page.
  • TikTok: direct video posts with the required privacy, interaction, and disclosure choices.
  • YouTube: video uploads with explicit visibility, audience, and synthetic-content settings.
  • Threads: video posts with a tailored caption.
  • LinkedIn: video posts on a connected personal profile.
  • Pinterest: video Pins on a selected public board, with a listing link and cover frame.
  • X: video posts with an editable caption.
Use the available connections shown in your workspace
Integration availability depends on enabled platforms, account eligibility, and granted permissions. This workflow does not publish to Facebook personal profiles, LinkedIn company Pages, Stories, or Facebook Reels. It also does not publish image/carousel posts.

2. Select the finished property video

You can start in the publishing workspace by selecting a completed render. Alternatively, open a finished video's sharing panel and choose Publish to channels. That keeps the current video selected while you prepare its posts.

Preview the actual rendered version before continuing. Confirm that the opening image, property details, contact information, and closing message belong to the correct listing. If you have revised the project, finish rendering the updated version before selecting it for publication.

Choose a format that suits the destinations. A vertical video may fit your social campaign, while a landscape version may be useful elsewhere. Multi-platform publishing does not automatically turn one selected render into a different crop for every destination. Prepare another version when the framing needs to change.

3. Customize the caption for each platform

Keep the property facts consistent while adapting the introduction and next step. A short feature-led caption can work for a quick video post. A professional-network caption can add context about the listing or your marketing work. An open-house post should make the event information easy to find.

For example, an illustrative feature-led caption might read: 'A bright kitchen, a private terrace, and space to make your own. Message me for the full listing.' A professional-network version could read: 'A first look at our new listing. This photo-led video introduces the main living spaces; contact me for the property details and viewing options.' Only use features and statements that are true of the property.

Review platform-specific settings as well as the wording. Check visibility, audience, interactions, and any AI or commercial-content choices presented for the channel. Complete the required choices before submitting the post.

4. Publish now, schedule, or save a draft

Use Publish now when the video, captions, and account selections are ready. Choose a future date and time when the post needs to align with a listing launch or an open-house reminder. Confirm the displayed schedule and time zone so the intended audience receives the right update at the right time.

A draft is useful when the creative is ready but some information still needs review. Save the post and return to it before publishing. This keeps the working caption and selected video together rather than scattering them across notes and social apps.

For a simple listing campaign, prepare a launch video, a feature spotlight, and an event reminder as separate posts. Give each one a distinct purpose. Reusing the project is helpful; repeating an identical message without context gives people less reason to watch again.

5. Check each channel's delivery result

After saving or submitting, open Schedule & history. Expand the channel deliveries to see their progress and outcome. A successful post on one network does not guarantee that another network has finished processing or accepted the same video.

If a destination fails, review the reported issue and retry that channel independently. Check account access and the platform's requirements before retrying. You can edit or cancel queued posts, but cancelling inside Reeloft does not delete a post that has already been published. Manage existing published posts on the destination platform.

A final checklist for your next listing launch

  • Use the correct completed render and watch it from beginning to end.
  • Confirm the listing details, event information, and contact information.
  • Review AI-generated scenes against the original property photos.
  • Choose the correct connected account for every destination.
  • Tailor captions and finish the required channel settings.
  • Check the publishing time or schedule, then submit once.
  • Confirm the delivery outcome for each channel in history.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download the video before publishing?

No. A completed Reeloft render can be selected directly in Publishing or from the finished video's Publish to channels option.

Does one click publish to every platform automatically?

It submits to the connected destinations you selected after completing the required settings. It does not connect accounts for you, choose all platforms, or guarantee simultaneous delivery.

Can I schedule an open-house reminder?

Yes. Prepare a post with the current event details, choose a future date and time, and review it in Schedule & history. Update or cancel queued posts if the event changes.

Can I use different captions with the same listing video?

Yes. Customize the caption for each selected channel before saving, scheduling, or publishing.

What if only one platform fails?

Check the individual delivery result and retry the failed destination independently. You do not need to resubmit channels that already succeeded.
