A standard property video costs 200 credits; Reeloft V2 costs 400. A 3D virtual tour costs 600 additional credits, so a standard video plus tour costs 800. These use the same credit balance. Media upload and transcription cost 1 credit per started source minute. Other AI generation varies by model and settings, with the total shown before generation.
We support major credit cards through Stripe, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Local payment options may also be available depending on your region.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Subscription credits recharge every month, including on annual plans. Your current account balance remains available while your plan is active. Unused one-time credits do not expire.

Yes. Free exports are 720p and include a watermark. Essential, Growth, and Pro exports are up to 1080p without a watermark. AI-generated clip resolution is model-specific and may affect its credit cost.
AI image and video models have different operating costs. Video duration, resolution, motion mode, audio, and generated shot count can also change the total. Reeloft shows the exact credit amount before generation.
The 600-credit tour price includes a photo-textured 3D model, first-person walkthrough, tour link, website embed code and downloadable model, Blender and UV texture files. A floor plan is optional. Video generation is charged separately.
No separate tour subscription is needed. Use your Reeloft credits to create the tour. Completed tours become shareable automatically; viewing, sharing and embedding do not add a tour creation charge. Only the owner sees editing and sharing controls.
Failed or cancelled tour creation runs refund their tour charge once. Regenerating room textures costs 600 credits per run; rebuilding saved geometry or enhancing viewing images does not incur another tour creation charge.
